At LuminaWell, we take care in preparing and delivering our products. Please review the following Shipping Policy to understand how and when orders are fulfilled.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Restorative Juice and other physical products are prepared fresh and customized, so processing times may vary.

  • Order processing timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase or during onboarding.

2. Shipping & Delivery Methods

LuminaWell currently offers:

  • Local delivery

  • Local pickup

  • Shipping (where applicable and clearly stated at checkout)

Available delivery options, fees, and estimated timelines will be provided before purchase.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Factors such as weather, courier delays, supply availability, or volume may affect delivery times.

  • LuminaWell is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping and delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or communicated in advance.

  • Fees are based on location, order size, and delivery method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

5. Restorative Juice Orders

Because Restorative Juice is:

  • Fresh

  • Perishable

  • Customized

Please note:

  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery where required.

  • LuminaWell is not responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or delays outside of our control.

  • Once production has begun, juice orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

Please ensure all shipping and delivery information is accurate at checkout.

LuminaWell is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate delivery details

Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

8. International Shipping

At this time, LuminaWell ships only to approved regions as listed on our website or communicated directly. International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated.

9. Changes to This Policy

LuminaWell reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
