Welcome to LuminaWell (“LuminaWell,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website luminawell.ca, purchasing our programs, products, or services, or participating in any LuminaWell offerings, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Offerings

LuminaWell provides wellness-based services and products, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Coaching, facilitation, and educational programs

  • Reset-it and Intuvia sessions

  • Group or private sessions (virtual or in-person)

  • Restorative juicing and nutritional offerings

  • Digital products, content, and resources

All services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

2. Not Medical or Health Advice

LuminaWell services and content do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not replace the care of licensed medical professionals.

  • Always consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine.

  • Participation in any LuminaWell program is voluntary and at your own risk.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

3. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

4. Payments, Pricing & Subscriptions

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Applicable taxes (including HST) will be added where required.

  • Program fees, session fees, and product prices are clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Some services may be billed monthly, while others are one-time purchases.

LuminaWell reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect already-purchased services.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Programs & Services

  • Due to the personalized and experiential nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable and may not be rescheduled unless agreed upon in advance.

Digital Products

  • All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Restorative Juice

  • Juice orders are customized and prepared specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun.

6. Participation & Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information

  • Communicate openly about your needs, limitations, or concerns

  • Respect the boundaries of LuminaWell facilitators and other participants

LuminaWell reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if participation becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or misaligned with the integrity of the program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on luminawell.ca—including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and program materials—is the intellectual property of LuminaWell and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

You may not:

  • Share program materials with others

  • Record sessions without consent

  • Repurpose content for commercial use

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Personal information shared during sessions is treated with care and discretion, except where disclosure is required by law.

Please note: Group sessions are communal spaces. While LuminaWell encourages confidentiality among participants, we cannot guarantee how others may share their experiences outside the group.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • LuminaWell is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.

  • You agree to release LuminaWell from any claims related to physical injury, emotional distress, or personal outcomes.

Participation is undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to access restricted areas

  • Disrupt or interfere with site functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse occurs.
