Refund Policy

At LuminaWell, we are committed to providing thoughtful, personalized, and high-quality wellness services and products. Because of the nature of our offerings, please review the following Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Programs, Coaching & Sessions

All LuminaWell programs, coaching services, and sessions (including Reset-it, Intuvia, private sessions, and group experiences) are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Program fees are committed to reserving your space, preparation time, and personalized support.

  • Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds and may not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

  • Monthly program fees are billed based on access and availability, not attendance.

2. Digital Products

All digital products (including online programs, recordings, guides, meditations, and downloadable content) are final sale and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

3. Restorative Juice & Physical Products

Restorative Juice and any physical products are prepared and customized specifically for you.

  • Juice orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • We do not offer refunds for taste preference, changes in personal circumstances, or unused portions.

  • If there is an issue related to quality or order accuracy, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, LuminaWell may consider a credit or alternative solution at our discretion. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations by LuminaWell

If LuminaWell must cancel a session, program, or service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled session, or

  • A credit toward a future service

6. Acknowledgement

By purchasing from LuminaWell, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and understand the nature of the services and products provided.
